Is it confidential?


I take confidentiality very seriously, and follow the BACP confidentiality guidelines, I will discuss with you in exceptional circumstances, if/when confidentiality needs to be broken. Using the website link below – see page 21.

Your concerns will often relate to your most private and personal thoughts and feelings. That’s why it is important that you know that all you say and express will stay between you and me in strictest confidence. (There are exceptions which we shall discuss)
In that way you will be able to feel safe to explore your concerns with me and discover a way of handling them best.
