About your counsellor

I am often told that I build rapport and trust quickly which allowed my clients to explore their thoughts and feelings when they are ready. I take a soulful and peaceful approach and sometimes like to use a little humour – we are all human after all!

I believe it is important to have ‘relational depth’ or a ‘connection’ between one another in therapy, and research has shown, the greater connection between therapist and client, supports better outcomes; therefore, I hope we can explore what life is like for you in a trusting, deeper and comfortable space.

Following a set of morals, principles and values (such as displaying and feeling empathy) I allow my clients to feel that they are not being judged but listened to and understood, as well as allowing my clients to talk openly about their thoughts and feelings.

Together we will look at how we can use our time in the most productive and progressive way if that is what you want or allow you to sit, think, and move forward when you are ready. Everyone is different and I respect that, the journey is taken together. One step at a time.

I work in a safe, discreet and confidential environment to talk.
